This was so awesome!! Fresh channel catfish caught this morning!
First made the coating…started with some spicy mustard, mayo, and hot sauce…then the coating… mixed some flour, corn starch, pepper, garlic, and a little salt…mixed and added… then fried those bad boys up!!! So good!!
Not much of a post but don’t let it fool you…it was so tasty!!
